Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant with a strong understanding of the betting industry to support our marketing and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and operations teams, assisting in product development, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience in the betting industry who is eager to take on responsibilities akin to a Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Support & Management
Assist in the development, launch, and management of betting products and promotions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the betting sector.
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new offerings.
Support roadmap planning and contribute to strategic product decisions.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, implement, and monitor campaigns for betting products.
Coordinate promotional activities, including campaigns for sports, casino, and lottery betting.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports for management.
Assist in content creation, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to the betting audience.
Customer Engagement & Insights
Monitor user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and product offerings.
Assist in loyalty programs, VIP campaigns, and player retention initiatives.
Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure seamless product experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, operations, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with product objectives.
Support A/B testing and other product experiments to enhance user experience and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the betting industry, ideally in marketing, product, or operations roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Strong understanding of betting products, regulations, and industry trends.
Experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign management.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
