Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Assistant with a strong understanding of the betting industry to support our marketing and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and operations teams, assisting in product development, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience in the betting industry who is eager to take on responsibilities akin to a Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Support & Management

  • Assist in the development, launch, and management of betting products and promotions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the betting sector.

  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new offerings.

  • Support roadmap planning and contribute to strategic product decisions.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, implement, and monitor campaigns for betting products.

  • Coordinate promotional activities, including campaigns for sports, casino, and lottery betting.

  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports for management.

  • Assist in content creation, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials tailored to the betting audience.

Customer Engagement & Insights

  • Monitor user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize campaigns and product offerings.

  • Assist in loyalty programs, VIP campaigns, and player retention initiatives.

  • Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure seamless product experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, operations, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with product objectives.

  • Support A/B testing and other product experiments to enhance user experience and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the betting industry, ideally in marketing, product, or operations roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of betting products, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and campaign management.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
